Your GDPR Rights

1. Right of access
You can find out at any time what data we hold about you. Most of it is visible directly in the app (profile, step history, achievements); for a complete copy write to contact@stepbattleapp.com.
2. Right to rectification
You can correct your name, photo and settings at any time directly in the app. For other corrections, contact us.
3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can delete your account completely, directly from the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, it includes steps, achievements, friendships and messages.
4. Right to portability
You can request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format (JSON/CSV) by writing to contact@stepbattleapp.com.
5. Right to object and withdrawal of consent
Permissions granted on your phone (Health Connect, location, notifications) can be revoked at any time from the device settings, the app keeps working with reduced functionality. Processing based on consent stops upon withdrawal.
6. Transfers and storage
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Some processors (Google, OneSignal) may transfer data outside the EU based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy about how your data is handled, write to us first at contact@stepbattleapp.com, we resolve things quickly. You always have the right to address the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
